Steps and health records

With your permission, Walk with Cat reads steps from Motion & Fitness or Apple Health to display your walking history and support the cat walking features. It does not write to Apple Health. Your step records and the weight and body fat values you enter are stored in the app on your device. These health records are not used for advertising or targeting and are not passed to the advertising SDK.

Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob. Its SDK may process IP addresses, device identifiers, ad views and interactions, usage and diagnostic data for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and service improvement. Consent forms are shown where required. When available, advertising privacy options can be opened from the app settings. See Google’s policy below for its practices.

Managing permissions and records

You can revoke access to steps in iOS privacy settings or Apple Health sharing settings. Deleting the app removes its local records from the device. If device backups include app data, manage them through Apple’s settings. Deleting this app does not delete the original records in Apple Health.
